HubLauncher Terms and Privacy Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY OF THIS (THE "EULA" OR "AGREEMENT") BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ENABLING, OR USING (COLLECTIVELY "USE" OR "IN USE" OR "USING") OUR HUBLAUNCHER SOFTWARE AND/OR SERVICES AND/OR FEATURES PROVIDED BY THIS WEBSITE (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SOFTWARE", "HUBLAUNCHER").

THE SOFTWARE IS A SERVICE OF EIGHTPOINT TECHNOLOGIES LTD, ("EIGHTPOINT") A CAYMAN ISLANDS COMPANY AND IS DISTRIBUTED BY HUBLAUNCHER (A CYPRUS COMPANY) UNDER AN EXCLUSIVE LICENSE. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN HUBLAUNCHER AND YOU.

THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF CYPRUS ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES RATHER THAN A COURT OR JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION. All differences of any nature that may arise in relation to this contract between the contracting parties, shall be referred to arbitration by a single Arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Law of Cyprus, Cap 4. The Arbitrator will be proposed by the Arbitration Service of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and must be approved by the contracting parties. In case of disagreement between the contracting parties on the proposed Arbitrator, the Arbitrator will be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Law of Cyprus, Cap 4.

As you use our Software to organize your device, view your phone calls, search information, visit websites, manage the installed apps along with the rest of the functionality, when you use these functions, for example, typing a keyword and see related information from your devices or Internet via HUBLAUNCHER, we collect information from you in order to provide corresponding services and better user experience to you. When participating in the HUBLAUNCHER user experience improvement program (UX Improvement Program), as appropriate, your usage, statistics, input while using HUBLAUNCHER, and crash reports will be collected.

By installing this Software, you expressly consent to HUBLAUNCHER making the necessary changes to your device so the Software can operate and to th collection of your usage, statistics, input while using HUBLAUNCHER, and crash reports.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To personalize your experience (Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
• To improve our application (We continually strive to improve our application based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
• To improve customer service (Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
• To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site features
• To perform the examination for the potential security threats on your device (For example, the potential for SMS phishing threats via SMS Messages)
• To send periodic emails (The email address you provide in user experience improvement program or our feedback for to send us your opinions will only be used to respond your feedback, send you information and updates of our Software and products and services.)

What information do we collect?

We collect information to improve our application and provide better services to all of our users - including:

• The information you give us, for example, when you give us your opinions to our application and services via our feedback channel:
• The information we get from your use of our application and services, like the keywords you type in our application to search, the websites link you input, click, interact, and trigger from any application in your device, and the application list installed in your device:
• Log information, the application events such as version, installed date and time, usages statistics, crashes event, and dump reports of our application:
• Location information, locale, and the MCC (mobile country code):
• All device information, including but not limited to, your hardware model, build fingerprint, ROM size, CPU model, device display DPI, android ID, Google advertising ID, phone type & model, network type, and operation system version.

We do not collect your personal identifiable information when you using our product, such as name, phone number, physical address, SMS messages, emails (except when you contact us as described above).

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

• We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information. This does not include:
• Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential:

Security

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information (except when you contact us as described above), and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

Sensitive Information

We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any senssitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.

Children

We do not provide service focus on Children. If you are under 13, you may use our application or services when you are with a parent or guardian.
